Ever wanted to have a look inside Apple’s biggest supplier Foxconn? Here is your chance, thanks to Rob Schmitz, the China correspondent in Shanghai for Marketplace.org. He had an exclusive permission from Apple and Foxconn to have an inside look at the work-floor and he was even permitted to talk to a few of the 240,000 employers.
After all the negative news concerning the working conditions, explosions and suicides in the Foxconn Factory in China, Apple tries to polish his image on working conditions. That is most likely one of the reasons Apple permitted Rob Schmitz to have an exclusive visit at Foxconn.
